Unless otherwise stated in the item description, domestic delivery of goods shall be made between 2 and 8 working days (in case of advance payment agreement, delivery is the day after the transfer). Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of personal collection of the goods we will inform you by email about the preparation of the goods and the possibilities of collection in our shop located in Santa Cristina in Val Gardena. In this case you will of course not pay any shipping costs.

Ecological packaging
Our woodcarvings are always subject to strict quality controls. Our packaging is arranged in such a way that the quality is not compromised even when the finished product leaves our company. For reasons of environmental protection and sustainability, we use as little as possible. Because we take this responsibility seriously, we only use the necessary ecological packaging material such as corrugated cardboard, 100% biodegradable packaging chips and, for larger shipments, 100% recyclable film.
More details on payment
- We reserve the right to deliver in individual cases only against prepayment.
- The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
- If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
