Payment methods

Choose from a wide range of payment methods. We offer payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) as well as PayPal or prepayment.

Credit card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment is made at the end of your purchase in the shop. You will then be asked to present your credit card. Your data (which are not recorded!) are transmitted via our encrypted connection to the payment provider. In the interest of our customers we always work with the latest encryption methods and security standards. Your card account is debited at the end of the purchase.

PayPal

You can also pay easily and securely with PayPal, one of the most popular online payment methods. After completing your order you will be guided directly to the PayPal website. Here you can log into your PayPal account and confirm your payment. When PayPal confirms the payment, we can organise the shipment of your goods, often on the same day.

Payment in advance

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us, which will also contain our bank details and your order number. Your order will be handed over to the courier service, on time, immediately after payment has been received. Depending on the bank, the payment will reach us within 2-4 days (for foreign banks up to 5 working days). Naturally, the ordered goods will be reserved in your name until payment has been made (for a maximum of 10 days).

Immediate bank transfer

Payment by immediate bank transfer allows for the immediate shipment of items in stock. The online bank transfer is a TÜV-certified online payment method for safer and faster completion of your online purchases. It is based on the proven online banking system with PIN-TAN entry. A change on your bank's website is no longer necessary, and your transfer details are already pre-filled. A good way to save time!
